Building the Talent Pipeline

The Great Lakes Region has the talent to provide a skilled, innovative workforce that embraces innovation and entrepreneurship and readily adapts to change.

The GLMC has received a grant from the Joyce Foundation to develop a framework for a regional workforce strategy that will engage people from elementary school through college and throughout their career as well as give them the skills they need today for tomorrow's jobs. The plan will engage GLMC partners from Canada and the Great Lakes states. Come, lend your voice and share your ideas.
